What is Budo Taijutsu?
Budo Taijutsu is an art that teaches methods of self-defense regardless of your physical ability, age, weight or sex. It utilizes space, timing and angling in order to achieve a natural self defense solution with maximum result. Using ones own strength or speed will not always guarantee to stop your attacker. However, when a applying the correct taijutsu technique to an attacker the need for speed and/or strength is greatly diminished.

As many other arts only emphases on striking or grappling alone, Budo Taijutsu has always incorporated striking, grappling, falls, rolls, choking and throwing maneuvers into it's arsenal for many centuries now.
